Responsibilities:- Responsible for product sustaining, market-share-defend, product penetration, product qualification, OEM system mapping, and pre-sales activities.
- Coordinate activities to increase sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (VoC).
- Project management skill to run evaluation activities with customers and internal organizations, and lead product evaluation executions in customer lab.
- Lead product promotion activities (value selling) by close collaboration with BU/Sales.
- Clarify the customer's product needs and customer's pain points for existing products, and report back to headquarters.
- Prepare TRM (technical review meeting) together with BU and regional sales.
- Provide product and application training for sales organization and customers.
- Support projects ranging from N-1 to N+2 requirements and influence Competence Center Applications.
- Grow OEM revenue and identify new OEM business opportunities, including valves and adjacencies.
- Work contents: 60% Display OEM customers, 20% Advanced Vacuum OEM customers, 20% SEMI OEM customers.
