Responsibilities:
  • Be fully in-charge of all Finance aspects of the Firm
  • Perform full set of accounts
  • Generate monthly reports for reporting/presentation
  • Key in supplier invoices and prepare payment vouchers and payments
  • Compile and perform GST submission
  • Send invoices, track and follow-up on payments
  • Prepare Payroll Listing and Payslips
  • Compilation of timesheets, and claims
  • Compile Claims for submission
  • Liaise with suppliers and make orders for office items
  • Perform client onboarding and checks
  • Assist/prepare/follow-up on onboarding documents
  • Assist in all other duties as required
Requirements:
  • 3 years of Finance experience in a similar role handling full sets of accounts
  • ACCA/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Responsible, able to multi-task, and committed to delivering quality work within tight timelines
  • Is a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional character and possess good etiquette
  • Strong Excel skills
