PA 1. Effectively organize time sheets and expense claims for the superior. 2. Arrange driver services, book venues, and make flight arrangements as needed. 3. Support in administrative duties concerning the superiors personal affairs including car upkeep, renewing road tax, and communicating with accountants and tax agents. 4. Coordinate client meetings and aid in managing client relationships. Department Admin 1. Supervise and oversee junior administrators and assistants to maintain operational smoothness and adherence to protocols. 2. Monitor secretaries invoicing and ensure timely completion of tasks delegated by their superiors. 3. Serve as a liaison with professional staff regarding operational matters when necessary. Develop and refine administrative policies and standard operating procedures to boost efficiency. 4. Supervise the proper organization of files and set up reminders for overdue files. Coordinate the organization and transfer of archival files to the warehouse. 5. Ensure prompt renewal of Professional and Firm’s licenses for compliance purposes. Manage training logistics, including monitoring staff CPD hours and ensuring adherence to training criteria. 6. Assist in coordinating and executing special projects delegated by senior management. Requirements Degree in any field Proficient with Ms Office software Willing to travel to Bangsar South Has experience in carrying out PA duties and managing juniors. Fluent in English and fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage Have a pleasant personality. Added advantage: Familiarity with MIA, SSM etc.
