Job Responsibilities:
  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, invoicing, order, and stock check.
  2. Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  3. Answer calls/emails from customers regarding their inquiries.
  4. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  5. Maintain office supplies.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  2. Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
  4. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia at an average level. Mandarin is an advantage.
  5. Looking for a stable and permanent job.
