Our Information Management Department in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is now looking for a Project IT/IM Support.

What will you be doing?

Brief role summary below:

  • Accountable to provide project & non-project IT/IM support to New Build Malaysia.
  • Ensure smooth IT operation for all users on overall IT infrastructures and applications.
  • Internal focal point for troubleshooting/ coordinating with Cognizant for technical support when facing issues.
  • Active contribution to Company's effort in driving sustainability and digitalization.
We think you should have:

The candidate should meet the following:

  • Bachelor degree in IT or similar experience
  • 3-5years working experience in relevant/ similar industry.
  • General knowledge on operational IT and vendor management
  • Good team player and solution oriented
  • Good cultural understanding and understanding of business area.
  • Ability to coordinate with global and local stakeholders needs.
