Responsibilities: -

Support and execute all change management activities and readiness plan for the team. Assist in managing internal stakeholders’ change expectation and obtain their support for change activities execution. Perform analysis and support execution of action plans post change readiness assessment. Work closely with team members, lead training activities and prepare training materials with the support from Workday functional specialist. Support and execute change communications that aligned with the communication plan.

Requirements: -

A Bachelor’s degree in HR/Communications/Psychology/Marketing/IT or equivalent. At least 5 years in training and change management (preferably involved in HRIS project). Experience in regional projects implementation with multi country and multi-language. Strong communications skills in both English and Chinese. Well verse in HR function processes, talent management or learning are encouraged would be added advantage. Good grasp of concepts and methodologies in change management, communications management, and stakeholder management.
