Job Description:

Recruitment:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Collaborating with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and job requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent. Create Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring. Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.

Other Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Assist in training matters as and when required. Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.

Who are we looking for?

A candidate who has 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR field. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an internal recruitment role. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. Demonstrate a positive working attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and part of a team. High level of confidentially and professionalism.
