s Learn how to build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers to enhance overall customer growth. Together with senior colleagues, serve as a focal point of contact for all SaaS matters, with the aim of maximizing SaaS product adoption and platform usage. Perform administration tasks related to technical projects, setup and maintenance. Together with senior colleague, collaborate with customer to define a SaaS adoption plan for the first days with Infobip. Support the Customer Growth Executive in identifying SaaS cross-sell opportunities within our existing CPaaS customer base. Collaborate with internal cross-functional resources to meet customer requirements. Learn about Infobip products, the platform, and the market. Acquire knowledge of client`s use cases. Gain an understanding of the business landscape, competition, and the latest industry trends.Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and available to work full time Alternatively, you have recently completed college and are seeking your first job in your chosen field of study. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers. with a diverse range of customers across different divisions and geographic regions. Proactively engages customers with a consultative, solution-orientated approach to identify new opportunities. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
