Personal Assistant to Club Manager
- Organizing Meeting & Taking Minute Meetings
- Arrange appointment for Club Director
- Maintaining daily calendar activities for Club Director
- Issuance of Complementary Vouchers
- Document Controller
- Update on Head of Department Leaves
- Liaising with Staff, Head of Departments, Suppliers, Members & Guests
- Follow up on HOD task/project from Club Manager Office
- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Complimentary Request Form (CRF) Record
- Coordinate Head of Department and Executive KPI
- Liaison person with TCB Directors
B.
Admin Executive
- Clerical works (Procurement process, stock monitor, bills & etc)
- To check and monitoring the activities and schedule of contracted services by contractor/service provider
- To oversee and ensure action taken through compilation of work order.
- To assist on any other related matters/ assignments as assigned by superiors
- Supervise and ensuring the cleaning and housekeeping activities are properly done and carry out as required
- Support organization to supervise, maintenance and improve the changing rooms for Golf
- Annual renewal of license, contract & etc.
- Doing all the administration work related to the department and ad hoc job as required.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management system and procedure
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Diploma or certification in Secretary/ Office Management would be considered an advantage
Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
