Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to assist Managing Director/Lab Manager in activity related to sales/marketing and customer communication whilst maintaining a smooth office administration related activities.
  • To adhere to relevant requirements for customer and administration related activities according to ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 4500
  • To assist in achieving yearly business forecast figure & monthly sales target.
  • To ensure participation of tender & quotations not less than 4 times yearly business forecast figure.
  • To arrange meetings and presentation to potential new clients to introduce company's range of service.
  • To negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints.
  • To handle enquiries from new and existing customer including preparation of company registration, quotation, tender and any commercial clarification.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet dealine schedule and outside office hours.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and long hours at site
  • Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving.
  • Willing to travel when required
