JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist with company billing activities, responsible for system data entries on daily operations.
  • Handle sales enquiry, prepare quotation, delivery orders, invoice and salesrelated documents
  • Ensure every invoice is accurate, and followup on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
  • Keep a record of collected payments with customer information
  • Responsible for recording and filing the documentation in timely manner.
  • Matching vendor invoices and updating records in the system.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type:
Permanent

Pay:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • STM/STPM (preferred)
