Job Description:

  • Updates and maintains internal portals for easy access to information.
  • Manages meeting schedules and coordinates with participants.
  • Organizes and maintains schedules for individuals or teams.
  • Updates and organizes presentation materials for meetings.
  • Maintains and communicates the organizational roadmap.
  • Safely manages and organizes account information and passwords.
  • Handles procurement and management of SketchUp and other software licenses.
  • Oversees general office upkeep and addresses maintenance issues.
  • Manages timely distribution of official letters and documents.
  • Keeps track of company assets and maintains inventory.
  • Procures pantry supplies, stationery, and handles adhoc purchases.
  • Manages duty rosters to ensure fair distribution of responsibilities.

Salary

  • RM2,500 to RM3,000
