Monday to Friday / 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Salary:
Up to RM 3,200 (
based on education level and call centre experiences)

- Answer inbound calls to support customers' inquiries in regard to Singapore's products & services.
- No sales are required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an inbound contact center.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Scored a minimum B for English and Math's in SPM.
Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions
:
- Fully vaccinated for Covid19, preferably with booster.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
