We are currently looking for an Executive, Self Service Terminal (SST) Dispute
Management (6 months Contract) to support Disputes cases and make sure all the disputes cases resolved in accordance to the policies and guidelines.
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure that the SAN & Mydebit Disputes cases are being attend and process within the SLA (10 Business Days
- from the date received) and follow the guideline.
- Verify the Memo crediting for HLBB Cards Holder Disputes cases received from the Offsite/Outsource Terminal and EPOS Transaction and process the refund for Paynet dispute cases via One Stop Portal System.
- Provide the EJ copy to Cards Payment (upon request) and get Merchant confirmation on the Mydebit Disputes cases on daily basis.
- Process the request for EPOS Manual Refund from Merchant Support Team and provide the IBFT crediting status (upon request from branches).-
- Liaise with branches for customer accounting crediting for refund purposes and any other projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree level in any discipline from a reputable university.
- At least 12 years working experience preferably in Self Service Terminal and MIS. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in computerized payment system environment and MS Excel and Word.
- Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at different levels.
- Possess good business sense, strong analytical skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
