As an Operations Assistant, you will assist in processing orders and supporting the operations team to ensure the smooth running of daily company operations.
Responsibilities:
Process orders, track delivery status, and ensure timely deliveries.
Assist the operations team in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain management.
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues for process efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in using office software, such as Excel.
Good communication skills to collaborate with different departments.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, Malaysian citizens preferred.
