To perform general administrative works and assist in accounting matters

  • Coordinating with customers, partners or resellers for information gathering, and documents compilation
  • To prepare payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, Journal, accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
  • To prepare and update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note.
  • Assisting in payment collection.
  • To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
  • Assist in daily operation and answering Incoming calls.
  • Pleasant personality, presentable and able to interact well with people.
  • Any other adhoc tasks such as general sales enquiries, etc, as and when required by the management
  • Stationery & groceries purchased once a month unless urgent requisition required.

Qualification & experience

  • At least 2 years working experience required
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • With basic working experience and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Have experience in preparing full set of account is a plus
  • Able to work independently
  • Mature, honest and trustworthy
  • Those can start work immediately will be added advantage


Office hours Monday
  • Friday (9.00am 6.00pm)
  • Hybrid working is allowed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
