Extend the job offer verbally by phone.
- Coordinate background screening & pre-employment medical arrangement.
- Drafting employment contract.
- Assist in monthly insurance registration.
- Assist in leave reconciliation (physical/via system).
- Raise payment requests in the system.
- Other administrative duties.
**Job Requirements: -**
- Diploma/Degree in any related field, or equivalent work experience. SPM leavers can still be considered.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn new things.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office function.
**Additional Details: -**
- **Salary Range**: Up to RM2,300.00
- **Working Hour**:Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
- **Location**: Damansara Utama, Selangor
- **Job Type**:Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
