Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, working hand-in-hand with the Restaurant Manager Oversee and implement FOH SOPs for operational needs Ensure that the restaurant delivers convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being understood and practiced Work alongside the team to drive continuous improvements to the restaurant to achieve operational excellence Train and develop team members Ownership of customer's dining experience Communicate and manage customer's feedback Ensure stocking of FOH inventory is done efficiently Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth running of operations Pro-active in identifying operational pain points and offering solutions for troubleshooting Setting up and updating of POS in accordance to menu changes Ensure stocking of FOH inventory is done in a timely and accountable manner Must be able to work under mínimal supervision Ensure work relationships are maintained in a professional and cordial manner across the respective departments

  • Providing professional, casual and unobstructive service to all guest at all times.
  • Maintains proper grooming and hygiene habits as defined in the "personal hygiene" section of the Food and Beverage Manual.
  • Maintains issued uniform including name badge in good, clean condition, without tears or stains.
  • Maintains a clean and neat work area.
  • Responds immediately in a courteous manner to guest requests; if unable to personally fulfill guest requests, immediately notifies supervisor.
  • Assists (as requested by Management) in emergency duties which are outside those duties as defined under "specific tasks", but which are determined by Management to be directly and urgently related to guest satisfaction and / or the welfare or safety of guests, employees or outlet'sassets.
