JOB DESCRIPTION:

Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client information, and other administrative data.

Travel Coordination:Assist in travel arrangements for clients, including bookings, itinerary creation, and communication with relevant service providers.

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Communication:Manage correspondence, both internal and external, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
-
Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper scheduling and logistics.

Data Entry and Reporting:Input and update data in relevant systems, and generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes.

Vendor Management:Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.

Travel Documentation: Assist in the preparation of travel documents, including visas, permits, and other necessary paperwork.

Office Supplies and Inventory: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and replenishing as required.

Requirement:

  • Familiarity with office sofware (e.g. Microsoft Office) and adapt to industryspecific software.
