Organizing and maintaining personnel records.

  • Prepare HR documents, eg: employment contracts, warning letter, transfer letter.
  • Updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labour laws.
  • Arrange staff travel accommodation and claim expenses.
  • Managing company using HR Payroll Software (Infotech).
  • Gather payroll data every month and submit them to Account Department.
  • Organizing training sessions such as Team Building and safety courses claimable under HRDF (Eg: WAH, EOSP, NTSP).
  • Handling company events such as Family Day & Open House Raya.
  • Recruit and managing all internship students.
  • Responsible for preparing contribution payment and documentation related to KWSP, PERKESO & LHDN.
  • Managing job ads, CIDB registration & renewal, driving license & courier service.
  • Managing stationeries, toiletries and refreshment supplies for office.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willing to travel/outstation if needed.

Job Requirement:

  • Have a valid driving license would be advantages.
  • Have a Degree in Human Resources / Human Capital Management or relevant.
  • Have at least 23 years experiences related to HR.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
