Responsibilities:

  • As Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) transforms our business & ventures into unchartered territory, we are seeking a dynamic & visionary talent to join our team as the Head of Strategic Business Development for our Southeast Asia Region. If driving strategic growth & expansion for products of the future excites you, then we invite you to apply
  • Your Impact:
  • Expanding growth through the addition of new portfolios that align with FST's longterm strategic goals & production capacity
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify & seize market opportunities, foster innovation, & steer continued competitive advantage at scale
  • Developing & maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, & industry experts
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, & customer needs to identify emerging opportunities for business growth that align with Regional objectives
  • Providing program oversight in cases of Mergers & Acquisitions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of project oversight for strategic business development, preferably in a similar industry or market
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Technical expertise is a bonus
  • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
