Our client is a regional leading HR Tech company. They are setting the Malaysia operations to better service their regional clients. As part of their growth plan, they are seeking to hire a dynamic Partner Manager-Malaysia with strong connections and experience in promoting HR Technology, especially in Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Responsibilities:

  • Attain sales targets for Malaysia region channel partner sales.
  • Determine and hire new channel partners.
  • Manage partner toolkit like sales tools and partner websites.
  • Deliver partner sales and services training sessions.
  • Develop partner marketing plans and events.
  • Assist partner sales team on sales opportunities.
  • Strategize on opportunistic partnerships.
  • Determine companies to be partnered with for product selling.
  • Strategize around partner management and build sales through partners.
  • Assist partners to sell to customers.
  • Develop materials needed by partners to sell products.
  • Strategize, understand and capitalize for partner to play in market space.
  • Ensure partners comply with contract terms.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management from a top Business school/ university
  • Formal Knowledge of learning design and science, digital content development, and learning technologies and tools
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years' B2B enterprise experience in selling SaaS Products, Banking Products or doing Learning and Development consultative sales with Malaysia region and global companies
  • The candidate needs to be a Malaysian Citizen and have language proficiency in both English and Malay (speaking and writing).
  • Past Experience of sales with HR Heads, Learning and Development Heads and Business Heads of known and reputed Malaysian companies
  • At least 2 years proven sales record in a reasonably sized market of Malaysia
  • Added advantage if the candidate has experience of working with any of the HR technology products like HRMS solution, Employee engagement solution, LMS, Talent management solution and Recruitment platform solution
  • Experience in corporate learning and development is a plus
  • Candidates from HR Tech and Corporate Training and Consulting background will be given preference.

Remunerations & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM6,500 - RM8,500
  • Those with direct industry experience with higher salary bracket will be considered
  • Remote working environment
  • Performance bonus and incentive
