About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Partner Affairs team as an Associate. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational support to our partners, ensuring the smooth execution of their activities and the delivery of exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end HR lifecycle of our leadership team, including Directors and Partners.
  • Assist with partner admissions, onboarding, talent development, compensation, administration, and benefits.
  • Support monthly management meetings and other leadership gatherings.
  • Analyze data and gather information to inform leadership decisions on strategic and operational matters.
  • Monitor compliance with firm policies, including reporting to network and regulators.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts from other departments, such as Payroll and Marketing.
  • Participate in firm-wide special projects.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the leaders within the Executive Board Office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in progressive HR, management, or operations, preferably in a multinational company with a fast-changing industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, including problem-solving and financial reporting system understanding.
  • Extensive organizational skills, particularly with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and coordinate multiple tasks accurately.
  • Willingness to operate in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
