Job purpose:

  • Assist the Trust team in providing a highquality administrative service to a diverse portfolio of client structures with timeliness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding and contribute to achieve team responsibilities and goals.
  • Updating client database in accordance with standard data convention; assist with maintaining data integrity.
  • Arranging all client files into safe custody and/or electronic filing to Viewpoint in accordance with approved documented procedures.
  • Ensure you continuously update yourself and are familiar with the operating procedures, guidelines, compliance requirement and relevant documentation of the Trust Services.

Job specific requirements:

  • Degree holder (with knowledge of company secretarial/offshore companies preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of related working experience in office administration and operation (practical trust administration experience in professional or reputable financial companies preferred).
  • Good in both written and spoken English.
  • Be mature and detailoriented.
  • Be a team player.
