Prepare weekly meeting slides.

  • Manage office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning items.
  • Manage lunch orders, records, and billing.
  • DS system setting and maintenance.
  • Manage company social media account.
  • Keep track of staff medical and meal claims.
  • Check daily attendance & keep track of employee leave.
  • In charge of the payroll process including calculating & issuing payslips.
  • Submitting monthly statutory contributions
  • Crosscheck employee commission to ensure the amount is accurate.
  • Issue employee EA Forms yearly.
  • Propose budget, plan & host birthday celebrations & staff welfare monthly.
  • Business license, JTK agency license, JTK APS license & fire insurance renewal.
  • Issue offer letter, confirmation letter, extension of probation letter, etc.
  • In charge of staff onboarding process including orientation, workplace setup, introduction, etc.
  • Conduct exit interviews and follow up on the return of company assets.
  • Book Sharing Record.
  • Conduct monthly KPI Evaluation.
  • Any ad hoc task from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Diploma and above in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the HR field.
  • Having familiarity with the payroll software SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
