2. Duties and responsibilities
2.1 Training & Development
2.1.1 Conduct annual training needs analysis (TNA).
2.1.2 Prepare and release annual training calendar.
2.1.3 Source for suitable trainers to perform training in-house or at an external venue.
2.1.5 Conduct training evaluation.
2.1.5 Update training records and file appropriately.
2.2 Recruitment (Local)
2.2.1 Handle recruitment exercise for local employees (managerial, middle management, junior management).
2.2.2 Source, develop and maintain relationship with labor supply agents.
2.2.4 Conduct induction training or orientation for newly joined employees.
2.2.5 Issuance of appointment letter, employment contract, employment documents.
2.2.6 Thumbprint registration, and employee badge creation.
2.2.7 Create and update personal file of employees.
2.3 Foreign Workers Management
2.3.1 Co-handle any foreign workers issue and grievances.
2.3.2 Work closely with foreign embassy/consulate for foreign workers issues.
2.3.4 Co-assist in repatriation of foreign workers.
2.4 Employee Welfare and Employee Relations
2.4.1 Handle and resolve employees' issue, grievances and complaints.
2.4.2 Handle misconduct/disciplinary issues, domestic inquiry, counselling.
2.4.3 Handle the issuance of HR correspondence letter, show cause letter, warning letter, termination letter and memorandum.
2.4.5 Review employee welfare and benefits annually.
2.5 Company Policies & Procedure Compliance
2.5.1 Review and update company policies and procedures.
2.5.2 Establish new policies and procedures required by customer's audit/government authorities.
2.5.3 Maintain and update the documentation of company policies and procedure for ISO and other audits purposes and Covid-19.
2.5.4 Responsible in International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
2.5.5 Handle Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) audit. To ensure documentation, compliance and practices are in place.
2.6 Annual Sustainability Report
2.6.1 To compile data for PNE Malaysia, PNE Singapore and PNE Shenzen for financial year.
2.6.2 To liaise with relevant manager for data collection.
2.7 AOB
2.7.1 Prepare official memorandum for the company.
2.7.2 Liaise with relevant government authorities in relation to human resources matters to ensure human resource practices are complying with local employment rules and regulations.
2.7.3 Involve in local government authorities visit or inspection.
2.7.4 Manage surveys and questionnaires from customer and government agencies.
2.7.5 Manage all matters concerning hospitalization.
2.7.6 Handle Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) annual renewal subscription.
2.7.7 Update the managers' car movement record.
2.7.8 Perform ad-hoc tasks when required by the Management*
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,999.00 per month
