As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Account and HR Executive to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As an Account and HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing both accounting and human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will oversee HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with the annual audit process and tax filings.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

**Human Resources**:

- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely processing of payroll.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and performance issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and/or human resources roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
