  • Act as back up to the Global Trade Compliance Manager as requested
  • Facilitate prompt issue resolution within department
  • Timely forward suggested corrective actions or issues needing additional attention to the Global Account Manager
  • Distribute and manage workload efficiently among department team members
  • Run standard reports and metrics on a regular basis and analyze and review findings with Global Trade Compliance Manager
