We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist who can effectively manage our procurement processes and establish strong connections with partners, service providers, OEMs, and distributors worldwide.


Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to perform Managed Services scope mentioned below for 30 months only after project completion.
  • Assist on support issues raised by partner at LHDN Primary location only.
  • Coordinate and manage logged ticket Priority.
  • Support log collection and call logged reporting.
  • Support Partner on HPE Hardware related questions / information.
  • Responsible for advising Partner on HPE products firmware level and recommendation on patches requirements.
  • To update latest DC IT inventory and update changes if any.
  • Work with Account Support Manager (ASM) to project and manage proactive firmware deployment, inclusive of planning, scheduling and updating any necessary documents.
  • To assist HPE ASM on planning and coordination for any monthly review meeting.
  • Understand and adhere to the IT DC Policy and procedure.
  • No replacement if the assigned engineer on sick leave, annual leave.
  • Working hours are based on customer working hours (example 9am to 6pm), 8 hours a day, public holiday are excluded.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardware product support, specifically with HPE hardware products.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HPE servers, storage, and networking equipment. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and building positive client relationships.

Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as HPE ASE (Accredited Systems Engineer) or equivalent are a plus.

Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
