  • Conducting followup activities to ensure timely responses and resolution.
  • Managing paperwork and handling administrative tasks to maintain organized records.
  • Prepare invoice, delivery order and invoice.
  • Prepare goods and check goods before salesman sent to customer.
  • Liaise with salesmen for quotation.
  • Record stock in and stock out.

; Requirements:

Qualification: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4 to 6 months Internship Period Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detailoriented and organized. Creative, cando attitude and energetic. Able to multitask, proactive and meticulous. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office. Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
