Provides administrative and clerical support to the procurement department.
  • Process purchasing process such as Sales Order, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and any related task under purchasing.
  • Do good receiving and arrange stock arrival with selected vendors.
  • Research vendors and collects prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
  • Establishes and maintains recordkeeping system for purchasing department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • SPM or STPM with good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
