Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from Japanesespeaking users through chat support in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist users with accountrelated inquiries, technical issues, and general questions about our platform.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to users regarding features, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in our customer support system.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problemsolving.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Immediate availability to start work.
  • Malaysian citizen or Japanese citizen with spouse visa.
