Job Title:
Native Japanese Chat Support Representative

Location:
KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary:
From 8,700 MYR per month + 1,000 MYR Complexity Allowance + 200 MYR Housing Allowance

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat in Japanese.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, billing issues, and other concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

For Degree Holders (No CS Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

For Diploma Holders (1 Year CS Experience):

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques.

For SPM Holders (3 Years CS Experience):

  • SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay:
RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
