Good to have but not mandatory:

  • E-Commerce experience
  • English language

Qualification:

  • At least 2 years of Customers Service experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree (Freshers are eligible)
  • Undergrads (Should have at least 1 year of Customer Service experience (BPO/Non-BPO)
  • Good communication both Mother Language & English (speak, read, write)
  • Willing to work from Office.
  • Welcome to work in shift rotation (24/7 : 5 working days/ 2 off days)

  • We provide the first 4 weeks of free stay upon arrival, while the new hire could find for accommodation to stay in Malaysia during the first month. The accommodation we'll provide for the first 4 weeks is nearby to our office.
  • Our colleagues could suggest places to stay in Malaysia after the new hire arrived.

Airport Transfer:

  • We provide an airport transfer service, where our representative will fetch the new hire from the airport to the assigned accommodation in Malaysia.

Flight:

  • Company will book and pay for the oneway flight ticket from the country to Malaysia. We will share the flight ticket.
