We are looking for a dedicated and fluent Japanese speaker to join our Customer Service team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Japanese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.

Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance for product-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and feedback, using our CRM system.

Language Support: Collaborate with bilingual colleagues and language specialists to ensure consistent and accurate communication with Japanese-speaking customers.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Product Development to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese (both written and verbal) is essential; fluency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customerfocused demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Salary:
RM10, RM12,000.00 per month
