Job Summary:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer specializing in Business Partners Services.

This position requires fluency in native Japanese and excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our business partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all their inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our business partners while ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand the unique needs and expectations of business partners, providing customized solutions and assistance to meet their specific requirements.
  • Foster trust and loyalty by establishing strong and lasting relationships with business partners, delivering personalized and exceptional service.
  • Serve as a liaison between business partners and internal departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to resolve any issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Educate business partners on our products, services, and features, promoting partnership development and business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with business partners using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other customer service officers and team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and industry trends to better assist business partners and provide excellent support.
  • Handle and resolve complaints or escalations from business partners, investigating issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes, customer experience, and overall satisfaction, and communicate suggestions to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese speaker with proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to think quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A high level of patience and resilience in handling challenging situations.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as needed

Salary:
RM2, RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:
