- Respond to special requests and inquiries regarding product features or customization options, ensuring customer needs are met.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback and reviews from customers in Japanese to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and report any issues or concerns to management for further evaluation and action.
