Customer Interaction:

Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer issues and discrepancies, such as delivery delays or order inaccuracies, promptly and effectively.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Information Provision:

  • Offer detailed information about products or services in Japanese, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Respond to special requests and inquiries regarding product features or customization options, ensuring customer needs are met.

Feedback Collection:

  • Gather feedback and reviews from customers in Japanese to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and report any issues or concerns to management for further evaluation and action.
