  • Shift: 07:00am to 10:30 pm (Shift based)
  • Assist customers with reservation inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service in Japanese
  • Manage bookings and resolve issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
  • Handle shiftbased work schedule effectively
