Responsibility

  • Update clients on their request status accordingly.
  • Promote available products and services to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that highlevel service is provided.
  • Cooperate effectively with other departments as required.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.
  • Escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist when needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in Customer Service/ Support is required
  • Previous experience within the FX industry will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written skills in the Japanese language (Native speaker will be an advantage)
  • Good communication skills in English will be considered an advantage
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and multitasking skills

Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
