Job Description :

  • Supervise and follow up the decoration and layout of the plant in the early stage, and coordinate the problems in the feedback process in a timely manner;
  • Handling contract signing and management of documents and contracts between inside and outside the factory (including relevant documents of government departments)
  • Assist in the procurement of fixed assets, responsible for asset inventory and maintenance
  • Feedback, coordination, and follow-up handling of emergencies
  • Factory customer reception and conference organization implementation
  • Organization and implementation of factory employee activities and welfare distribution

Other work requirements arranged by the leader:

Job Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor degree

2. More than 3 years of administrative related work experience in factory

  • Have a sense of responsibility, strong initiative, strong execution, strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay

Salary:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
