  • Liaise with external vendors / service providers for any office and facilities related issues e

g:
Office Lights, Air-con, Coffee machine, Office Furniture, copier machine.

  • Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with courier service companies to ensure timely pickup of
- documents/parcels.

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls friendly & professionally.
  • Greeting and welcoming visiting clients and suppliers.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma/Degree in Office Management or Administration or secretarial science or any other related fields.
  • Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Software.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
