Specific Role Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant, you will be working Monday to Friday, to

Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude.

Record and deliver messages when concerned individuals are unavailable.

Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.

Monitor and log visitor access daily.

Receive, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages daily.

Maintain and record stationary requests, stock, purchase requests, pantry, and refreshment items.

Manage company vehicle insurance and road tax renewals and maintain medical records.

Maintain daily attendance records.

Assist in preparing refreshments for visitors, GM, and Directors as required.

Maintain and record staff medical and annual leave details.

Liaise with the HR Department to provide timely reports on leave status.

Assist the HR Department with other clerical and administrative duties as needed.

Supervise the upgrade, upkeep, maintenance, and inspections of the hostel.

Oversee internal and external visits and activities.

Supervise housekeeping tasks with designated staff, including periodic and special-request fogging of the factory and office.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., photocopier machines, printers).

Ability to manage time efficiently and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of performance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
