  • 9am6pm(Mon-Fri)
  • Hybrid (WFH 2 days)
  • Weekends off

Salary:

  • Basic salary: 100, ,000THB
  • Living allowance: 6,000THB
- + Sales Incentive

About the project:
Cloud Security Solution

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of their team.
  • Lead a highperforming team through an exciting transition to build problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions.
  • Team management responsibilities for a market team, whilst also serving as a crossfunctional and a global liaison in developed areas of expertise.
  • Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results.
  • Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global crossfunctional teams to problem solve analytical approaches and develop solutions.
  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
  • Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross functional teams to develop global solutions.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in any field is mandatory. Technical degree is desirable.
  • Min JLPT N1 or Native Japanese speaker with B1 English

Min 1 year Team Leader Sales or Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry:

  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Cloud Platform
  • Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phonebased environment.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced, highgrowth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Analytical mindset and gogetter attitude; selfmotivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team.
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills.
  • IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computerbased job.

Salary:

RM13, RM15,800.00 per month
