Overview
So what will you be doing as a Cloud Security Technical Sales?


As a sales development representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on robust sales opportunities by effectively profiling prospective customers, understanding their specific needs, and driving new business through both outbound and inbound campaigns with a strong focus on security.


Your role will extend beyond mere sales, as you will play a crucial part in helping businesses enhance their collaboration, accelerate their pace, and foster innovation.

You will work towards individual targets but will also be part of a larger sales team with a focus to grow our customer base across APAC.

You will be in a phone-based environment, where you will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet quarterly Key Performance Metrics and hit a target level of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell.
  • Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers.
  • Educate customers on what we have to offer
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solutionselling) and build value for next steps in the sales process

Your Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in any field is mandatory. Technical degree is desirable.
  • Min JLPT N1 or Native Japanese speaker with B1 English
  • Min 1 year Sales or Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry
  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Cloud Platform
  • Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phonebased environment.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced, highgrowth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Analytical mindset and gogetter attitude; selfmotivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team.
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills.
  • IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computerbased job.

Work hours:

  • 9am6pm(Mon-Fri)
  • Hybrid (WFH 2 days)
  • Weekends off

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • N1 or N2 for nearnative
  • EFSET: B1 or B2

Salary:
RM11, RM13,000.00 per month
