Exim Administrative Assistant/executive

- Conduct testing/analysis for incoming raw material such as palm olein, palm oil, palm stearin, coconut oil and canola oil;
- To carry out sampling and analysis before and after completion of transfer from supplier and internal tank;
- To carry out weight check on finished products;
- To carry out general washing and cleaning of laboratory equipment and glass wares;
- To ensure that the laboratory is kept clean and tidy all the time;
- To assist in determining product specifications, production costs and sample product for evaluation;
- To ensure the product must meet the product guidelines and any regulatory specifications;
- Work closely with R&D functions, operations, quality, purchasing, etc., to align on product development objectives and meet and exceed target needs;
- Assist to review formulations, variances, product stability, and other pertinent details including competitor's products & customer's requirements;
- Assist in supervise on lab formulation, validating ingredient and ingredient vendors, preliminary costing and preparing nutritional and supplement facts panels as needed;
- Assist to resolve a problem with an existing product that malfunctions or to find a new solution;
- Assist in planning and arranging of shipments in accordance to product availability and customer requests. Tracking orders and production to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze various forms of data to provide insightful updates and information to supervisors of other internal departments, such as sales, production and warehouse logistics.
- To handle customer complaints, solve issues and ensure prompt and quality feedback to customer query concerning the Company's products and services.
- Perform any other or ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by management.
