HR Exec Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1.

Recruitment Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

Employer Branding:

  • Work on enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pools.
4.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
5.

Interview Coordination:

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in conducting effective interviews.
6.

Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
7.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
