RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first level technical support according to procedures and available tools.
  • Escalate issues to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
  • Identify and provide input on customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
  • Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree / Diploma
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
