Infinite Circle Brokerage DBA Visionary Insurance is a fast-growing insurance brokerage firm with three offices in NY and growing.
We are professional, fast-paced, social and our goal is to provide variety of insurance services to customers from the ethnic minority groups in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the CSR department in Malaysia, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of customer service rep, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development programs for team members.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Requirements:
Experience in Insurance:
Experience in the insurance industry, with a background in various insurance products and services is prefer.
Supervisory Experience:
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a customer service or call center environment.
Night Shift Availability:
Willingness and ability to work the night shift on a regular basis and be available during weekends and holidays as required.
MUST HAVE previous nightshift experience.Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, even during non-standard working hours.
Training and Development:
Experience in training and developing customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Performance Metrics:
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds service quality targets.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in using insurance-related software and tools, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software.
Team Player:
Ability to collaborate with other supervisors and departments within the organization to ensure a seamless workflow between shifts.
Cultural Sensitivity:
Understanding and appreciation of cultural differences between the U.S. and Malaysia to foster a positive working environment and effective communication.
Time Management:
Effective time management skills to allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team meets its objectives.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English is essential, and Chinese Mandarin is a MUST.
Pay:
RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
