About You
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales Representative, for our Customer Service Department. We need a self-driven individual with effective communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities include and not limited to identifying potential customers, assisting the end-to-end customer experience journey, and closing the

deal.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex cases to stakeholder or management when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Zoho and CMS software or other tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Contributing to the development of support materials, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
  • Manage support requests and follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Know-How

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
