Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment and placement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source products, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and product performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing product training and support as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for product innovation and improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and merchandising activities for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all merchandising activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role, with a strong understanding of merchandising principles and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail partners.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for product presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.

Job Types:
Contract, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
